Operating under Aecon's established systems and processes ensures consistent quality and safety, while AC7G remains focused on recruiting, training, and advancing Indigenous talent. As experience is built across both trade and professional roles, AC7G is strategically strengthening it's capabilities empowering First Nation communities while supporting the long term workforce needs of Ontario's nuclear industry.
